    Looking for information ..

for the longest time I was able to connect to the below BBS that hosted nothing but a tone of online games. Then 'poof' ot was gone. Anyone have any ideas on this?

    Doors - IR Outbound RLOGIN
    Data /addr=165.232.153.209 /port=513 /user=[RTB]@USER@ /PROMPT

Once logged in it passed local BBS creds and the BBS launched with over 60+ online BBS games.

If you're using Win32 at least as an OS, you can use nfu (from the netfoss package) to create a door32.sys drop file and then use the mannsoft
    telnetdoor.

If you're running the DOS BBS under Win32, that should do the trick, although i remember having to use Netfoss + NFU to convert the DOOR32.SYS dropfile that Telnetdoor requires...

As someone else pointed out, there's an unnecesary "s" on @USER@... Maybe that's the problem?

If you want to launch a specific game, you'd use:

    /addr=143.198.58.73 /user=[TDX]@USER@ /pass=@USER@ /term=xtrn=WORDLE /PROMPT

The complete list of games and their codes is at goldminebbs.com, or you could hit the API at goldminedoors.com:8080/library.

    Hope this helps!

I doubled checked the 's' was just a typo in the message ... my exact statement is as follows

    /addr=143.198.58.173 /user=[TDX]@USER@ /pass=@USER@ /PROMPT

and it is not launching the BBS page that lists all the Door Game.

It looks like the door server is running on port 2513 and Mystic would try connecting to port 513 using the above. Try adding /port=2513 to the string.

    This works for me here:

    /addr=143.198.58.173 /port=2513 /user=[TAG]@USER@ /pass=@USER@ /PROMPT

That looks correct. Are you on linux? If you have rsh-redone-client installed, you could try manually from the command line, just to see, e.g.:

    rlogin -p 2513 -l "[TDX]myName" 143.198.58.173
