I've found 2 ways so far.

1. Open the echo and scroll (or press the end key) to get to the bottom.
Then open the last message and leave the echo as normal.

2. You can use ctrl-C while in the echo listing. Or tab (to mark) the echos
to select more than one. Repeat the ctrl-C step.

If anyone knows of others, I'm all ears!

I don't know about mystic, but most systems with qwk support let you mark all messages in an echo or selected echoes as read.

You can press I to (I)gnore remaining messages.

It works while listing messages and also when reading a message.
